JH-95 is a highly compatible plasticizer that can give high temperature flexibility to various elastomers. It can withstand temperatures of -50and can withstand 125t) high temperatures.

It is especially effective for nitrile rubber, polyurethane rubber, acrylate rubber and chloroether adhesive.

Description

JH-95 is a highly compatible plasticizer that has been especially designed to impart maximum low temperature flexibility to elastomers. It is particularly effective with nitrile rubbers -including the very high nitrile,types:urethanes,polyacrylates and epichlorohydrin rubbers.

JH-95 plasticizer can also be used in vinyl resin formulations, either alone or in combination with other plasticizers. It is compatible with cellulose resins; such as ethyl cellulose, cellulose acetate propionate and cellulose nitrate.

 

Low Volatility

Due to its low volatility,JH-95 plasticizer remains effective over a broad range of temperatures. While providing excellent plasticizing action, it does not seriousiy impair the physical properties of the compounds in which it is used.

 
High Resistance to Extraction

JH-95 has a high molecular weight, which can have low extraction rate in IRM901 oil, IRM903 oil and alkyl oil, and can be used in solvent environment for a long time.

 
Environmental Conservation

With increasing concern about environment and toxicity, in 2015 the European Union announced the ban on DOP, BBP and DBP, the world is to speed up the remove of phthalic acid ester elastomer compounds. As a substitute of phthalate esters, JH-95 has the characteristics of non-toxic and harmless, and the product is in full compliance with national environmental safety standards.

JH-95 plasticizer is easily dispersible and does not degrade the physical properties of rubber compounds.lt has exceptionally good compatibility with nitrile,urethane, epichlorohydrin, polyacrylate and polysulfide rubbers, and somewhat lower compatibility with other elastomers, as shown below:
